Movement and Mindfulness will end at 3:45 followed by time to socialize with peers from 3:45 to 4:00.

Description
Come join our Movement and Mindfulness class for an hour of pure relaxation and joy! You can participate online through Google Meets or in-person at the CPWD Boulder Office.

This seated class features gentle movements to stimulate your joints and enhance deep breathing. We'll engage in brain-balancing activities and exercises to help regulate your body and emotions. Expect a good dose of fun with games and visualizations to boost focus and let joy shine through your heart and mind.

And there's more! Our class includes meditation moments, positive affirmations, and even a bit of singing. It's designed to be adaptable and accessible for individuals with different disabilities.

So, whether you are logging in online or joining us in person, come as you are and let’s make mindfulness a delightful part of your day!

Meet the Instructor:
Dee Marie, MA, CYT has a master's degree in Motor Development from NYU and is a certified Health Educator under the American College of Sports Medicine. She is a certified clinical yoga therapist working with all ages and abilities teaching mindfulness, movement, meditation, relaxation and self-regulation for the past 40 years
